Amy & I worked with Samm in 2014 when he built our home in Andrews Reach. Samm and his team were very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with throughout the build. After living in our home for 2 yrs we are still extremely happy with the quality of the home Samm built.

We had recently moved to Wilmington NC. when I came upon a neighborhood Mr. Jernigan was building in. We were introduced to him after I took a look into a home that was being built, and was literally blown away by the quality, craftsmanship and the attention to detail. Mr Jernigan was very professional and quite frankly down to earth. He and his team were very thoughtful and mindful to us as buyers. We have long moved from our home in Wilmington, NC, however we told Mr. Jernigan if we to move back to the Wilmington area we would want him to build us a home, again. I have since ran across others moving to Wilmington and I kid you not, I refer Mr. Jernigan to all. If you are looking for a quality built home from a quality mined builder of integrity, then please give Mr. Jernigan a call. You will be surprised by the comfort he instills as a builder and as a honest man. The last thing I will say about Mr. Jernigan is that we have built an estimated six homes, but Mr. Jernigan and his team are by far the most pleasant experience were have ever encountered in doing so.

After a slow and bumpy start with our custom home project, we were blessed to have Jernigan Homes take us on. Their professionalism and superior communication took a project from stressful to enjoyable. We would absolutely recommend the entire team and now consider them extended family.

Great builder. Has built 2 houses for us, 4 years apart. Always cheerful and accommodating. Keeps a close eye on the bills from subs and looks for ways to costs rather than inflating them.

Samm Jernigan and his staff are so helpful and easy going. This was the second home I had built with his company if that tells you anything. I was so happy the first time, that I knew it was going to be a smart decision to use them again the second time around.

We contracted with Jernigan homes to build our home in 2013. We were treated like family from the very beginning. Changes were agreed upon up front, all were made to order. If there was a question it was answered promptly. If a material was not shipped in time for install we were given an upgrade for the inconvenience. Repairs have been made on any item when requested, no questions asked. He will build our next home!

Samm Jernigan is an excellent builder and very nice to work with. He is honest, dependable and willing to take as much time as you need to work through the house plan, make custom changes and provide pricing for any type of upgrade. We had an excellent home building experience with Samm and highly recommend him as a builder. Our home is lovely and we are very pleased and happy with the end result.
