Jim and his staff were nothing but the best when it came to every single phase or our kitchen and bathroom remodel. I was impressed with how organized he was in planning, scheduling and construction processes. All we had to do was "fill in the blanks". For example, prior to demo day and the start date of our remodel, Jim brought in all the subcontractors to our home to discuss the project together, which was so helpful for everyone involved. It truly was a team effort. I cannot say enough about his staff of carpenters!!! Friendly, considerate, talented, meticulous....I missed them when the project was over. In addition to the "on site" crew, is an exceptional office staff providing support and details of any changes. Changes were documented and approved so there were no surprises at the end of our project. It's absolutely beautiful, and I look forward to our next project with Jim Reif Builders!

Jim built our house 10 years ago. He was great to work with. When we told him what kind of home we wanted, he immediately knew our vision and made our dream come true! His workers were very polite and answered any questions we had. From the top down this is truly a first class operation! We are currently mid-phase of another major project with Jim Reif Builders (full basement remodeling), our 3rd project overall. We are totally pleased with every aspect of this project like we were about our first two. Because the first project (complete kitchen remodel) including new cabinetry; countertops; wood flooring entire main floor); new lighting and outlets; and numerous additional jobs went so well; we contracted Reif again for exterior repairs (our 2nd Project). The exterior repairs consisted of replacing an exterior window; rebuilding the damaged framing around the window; replace cedar siding, and flash several areas where the roof meets the siding. They took extra care to flash and guide rainwater away from the siding properly and into the gutters, which was not right from its original builder (the original builder was not Jim Reif Builders). With certainty, we can say that every person Jim Reif has put on our jobs has been a true professional. They have all shown that they care for us and our wishes and have always made the right decisions for the projects. They are not afraid to make suggestions when we need help, and they have ALL listened intently to our wishes and executed perfectly to those goals. I must also say how happy I am with Jim's team because I only once had to say, "my wife is the boss on this project, so please direct your questions to her first. They have done so each time, until and only after my wife asked them to defer a few topics to me. My wife and I would not consider another contractor for future projects. Jim Reif Builders has done both large and small projects for us. No matter the size of the project, it gets the same attention to detail. We had our kitchen remodeled, a 24 foot X 30 foot shop addition added to our garage and our home windows replaced. Our desires are listened to, suggestions made, and our responses listened to. Then plans are drawn up and given to us for approval. All of his employees are very professional. They take great care to keep the house clean and as usable as possible when doing an inside project. We highly recommend Jim Reif Builders. Jim has always done the final walk through marking things that need attention. These are addressed before the project is considered finished. Jim Reif Builders is also known for its new builds, but we have no experience with that side of the business.

We have had Jim Reif Builders do multiple major and minor remodeling projects on our 1895 farm home and were always highly satisfied with their quality workmanship and fair pricing. They were also great with communicating when delays were unavoidable. We'd certainly hire them again when we have another project.
