Joe and crew of John F. Wood enclosed a side porch for us to increase our indoor space in our dining room. We got timelines and a few delays along the way, part weather, part miscommunication, part being overly cautious, but the quality of work that was completed outweighed any of that. Part of the project involved enclosing a porch, then demoing an existing exterior wall. The guys scheduled each step along the way to minimize the impact on our family, which includes two young, very curious little boys and a rather large dog. They maintained the cleanliness in our house and were polite and courteous. We live in an older home, and the materials and finishes that Joe and his crew did for us match perfectly to the materials and period of the original construction. Construction did take longer than expected, but projects in the depth of what they did for us ALWAYS run over. We're extremely happy with the work done and would hire them again without question.

We worked with Joe Sukits of John F Wood to remodel our main bathroom. We had a dated, unattractive room and were hoping for a very modern, open look. Joe created a spectacularly beautiful bathroom for us, with awesomely lovely workmanship for the shower tiles and decorative inset, glass door, ultra modern vanity. The room is truly a show-stopper. It is more than getting a beautiful room, however -- Joe is a joy to work with. He paid meticulous attention to every detail and never stopped until we were completely satisfied. Even when we added or changed some of our plans, he was right there with us to make sure we got what we wanted. He is exceptionally knowledgeable, and made many great suggestions along the way. By the way, before Joe left after the last walk-through, we engaged him for more remodeling (going on right now!) and we have bigger plans for the future. JFWood remodeled my house over the course of several years. I purchased the house as a retirement location and worked with them to make it perfect over the spam of a couple of years. I worked area to area in the house to make the house my own. Scope of work: kitchen, 3 bathrooms, finish basement, and remove some interior walls to make the house more open. I did this while continuing to work in Columbus, OH. They were very helpful, courteous and professional. As I was not on site when the work was being performed, I could rely on them to handle deliveries and do the best job for me in my absence. they stood by their work and resolved any issues that have come up. They handled a couple problems for me that were above and beyond their scope of work, just to help me in my absence. I am very happy with the final product and would recommend them to others.
