I have known. John Elliott for about twenty years and have had the opertunity to do busness with him. I have found him to be very professonal and fair. Mr Elliott was always avalabe to answer all my questions , which is hard to find today. I would strongly recomend John Elliott as honest and trustworthy gentleman . John Elliott was our custom home builder. We were privileged to have such an uncompromised professional, quality builder with the highest integrity. Mr. Elliott worked with us from the ground up- purchasing a lot, to hiring a architect- to completion of our spectacular home. John never cut corners and has an ability to forsee any potential problems- like suggesting soil borings before placing the dwelling on the lot to ensure a proper foundation. Mississippi has a major problem with Yazoo clay and John made sure this was not a factor in our construction. John was always available, met deadlines and met with us weekly to go over costs and plans for the upcoming week. His attention to detail is unsurpassed. Mr. Elliott is the consumate professional. We would consider ourselves fortunate to have John perform any task with our home, from minor repairs,to renovations to complete construction and would hire again without reservation or hesitation. John Elliott built our house more than 18 years ago and was very knowledgeable, professional and meticulous in his work. He had a lot of great ideas and suggestions and always put our needs and desires first. As if that were not enough, he has been there for us over the past 18 years to address any problems or issues that have arisen and to offer advice from time to time about simple matters such as replacing appliances and insuring that they would fit in the existing spaces. John put his heart and soul into the construction of our house…….as if it were a work of art.
