Renovations can be a huge headache, especially when it's an old home but Johnny Williams was a dream contractor. We were actually able to enjoy the renovation and have fun throughout the entire process. Johnny paid attention to every detail, including the budget. He was on the job site every single day(sometimes three times a day) checking to make sure that the work was completed to our standards. He treated our home like his own and maintained a professional attitude during the entire process. His communication was amazing and quick. My husband and I loved working with Johnny and look forward to using him in the future!

Johnny Williams built our home in East Memphis 2011. He was professional and incredible knowledgeable. Johnny made several suggestions and always backed his suggestion with reasonable reason. He is not only a wonderful builder but also had a eye for design and color. I would hire him again if I ever have the opportunity to build a home again.

Johnny is excellent to work with and does a great job of helping you save money in areas you wouldn't think of and then gives you great ideas with just the general lay out of the house. He was great to pick up the phone when you called, great at sending text msg and always calls you back quickly if he missed your call. Makes building a house enjoyable. He really makes it as stress free as possible. If I were to build again I would use Johnny Williams.

We love our Johnny Williams home! It's our dream home. The wonderful Outdoor Living Space combined with a very open kitchen/dining/family room have made for some wonderful family and friends gatherings. Johnny used gorgeous beams in both the dining and living rooms. The use of floor to ceiling windows in many areas are beautiful and steeped in English tradition.Each bedroom has it's own private bath which has made it so guest friendly. But here's the difference maker- Johnny Williams. We have worked with other builders-- there is no comparison...not even close. From the process of building to now years after we purchased this home- he is one of a kind. HIghly responsive, impeccable craftsmanship, and treats each home as his own.

Johnny Williams Construction did significant renovations to our home following severe water damage. They installed all new flooring for our entire downstairs, completely revamped our master bath, renovated our downstairs powder room, and addressed structural damage. The results were amazing. They transformed our first floor. Johnny was really great to work with and helped us with the design and layout for the new bathrooms. He was highly involved in the whole process including coordinating and supervising the subcontractors he utilized, who were great as well. We have received many compliments on the work Johnny did for us. Our master bath went from tired 80s to a beautiful mix of glassed-in double shower and antique free standing sink cabinets, over wonderfully priced, upscale travertine tile. The work was all completed on time and on budget, and Johnny and all of the crew who worked on the project were uniformly positive and professional. I cannot recommend this contractor and company highly enough. I have several friends and co-workers who have had extensive renovations done to their homes as well, and friends who had Johnny Williams build their large, upscale home. Everyone has said the same things about the work done -- high quality, on time and on budget, and wonderfully positive and professional contractor and crew.

Johnny Williams is the most professional, straight forward, nicest, honest, Contractor I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Johnny was never late, my husband and I could call him anytime of the day and he would always answer any questions we had. The material and craftsmanship of the home Johnny built is exceptional. If Johnny said he would do it, you can guarantee it got done! We absolutely are pleased with every aspect of our home inside and out. Johnny has built a wonderful work team within his business. We hired Johnny Williams to build our house in the summer/fall of 2014. He was extremely attentive and did a great job of really listening to what we envisioned. We knew his years of experience would come in handy when it came to looking at the small details and finishes of the home. Johnny Williams Construction did a major kitchen remodel for us. We removed a half bathroom, a wet bar, and wall between the dining room and kitchen. The renovation required electrical, plumbing, carpentry, new appliances, and new doors and windows. Johnny was available on daily basis to answer questions and provide us with updates on the project. We will use him again for all of our future projects.

Johnny was great to work with by helping us with the design, best materials to use for the project, and stay within the budget.
