Since people's expectations vary wildly, this review is written as objectively as possible. This project with Jorden was my first ever kitchen remodel and I relied heavily on them for advice, guidance, and recommendations. In this regard, they did not disappoint. Sales, project manager, decorator are all very experienced and eager to help achieve the best results. I chose Jorden because of their professionalism during the bidding process. The sub-contractors Jorden uses are very qualified. As testimony, I would not hesitate to use or recommend any of them independently for other projects. With few exceptions, the carpenters, painters, electricians, tile, countertops, plumbers and other specialists arrived on the dates and times planned and expected. Hats off to Jorden for choosing well-qualified, responsible specialists. Even the best-laid plans can change. After the kitchen demolition, I noticed several areas that warranted cabinet design changes. The Jorden project manager quickly came out to meet and discuss the ideas, and sales had the cost effect to me quickly. Once I approved the changes, overall project timing impact was minimal and explained to my satisfaction. The unexpected happens. I learned a LOT from the project and wish I knew then what I know now. With a remodel, unlike a new construction, the owners' availability to be at the residence plays a huge role in timing. Short notice visits by workers is very common, so the ability to be at home during work hours is important. And rescheduling visits happens as well. The new kitchen sink, for example, fractured during shipping, which caused a one-week delay for the countertop installation. Also, the cabinet staining took longer than expected due to matching old vs new wood combinations. We had to experiment with several different stain formulations before finding a good match. Expect things to go wrong and make the best of it. Jorden will finish the race but there will be unforeseen obstacles. Jorden is a young company with a lot of ambition. I can see that they are a better team as a result of my project, and future customers will benefit from that. They are honing their craft and are making significant improvements. I feel that Jorden really wants to be the best at what they do. In summary, Jorden completed my kitchen remodel project in an excellent manner, and I would definitely use them again. They stood by every promise, every challenge, and did not stop until it was made right to my satisfaction. They never quit. That impressed me the most. Why not 5-stars? No one should be rated so highly that complacency kicks in. They are not perfect. Jorden knows what areas to improve upon, and hopefully that will reflect in your project, if you choose them. Dark countertops were original in photos. New vent housing photo was taken pre-finish, now complete and looks good.

We are very pleased with how the house has turned out, even in its current state before our planned landscaping design, along with other additional enhancements. We truly appreciate the Jorden Corp Team building this house and bringing our vision to fruition. The design perfectly captures what we envisioned by maximizing the Hill Country views and exemplifying a custom home with simple-sophistication, yet an appealing elevation that rivals other homes in the community. Additionally, the interior layout is both functional for family gatherings and well-suited for everyday peace & comfort that captures the Hill Country landscape. The attention to detail and professionalism shines through in the end product. It has been a pleasure working with the Jorden Corporation Team throughout this process.

Jorden Corporation recently completed a major home repair and renovation project for me that lasted approximately four months. The final result was outstanding, matching the excellence of the entire experience working with their remarkable team. After a large vehicle struck my home and caused extensive structural damage, I contacted Jorden Corporation and received an immediate response. Within days, a representative was onsite, clearly outlining a path forward. William “Bill” Rice, Jorden’s Business Director, took swift action by developing a thorough and thoughtful repair and renovation plan. His attention to detail was impressive, and he clearly explained each phase of the project so I always knew what to expect. Bill was incredibly helpful with all design decisions and contract matters, and communication was consistently excellent—he was always available to answer questions or address concerns. Kyle Powell, the project superintendent, was equally outstanding. He provided timely construction updates, expertly managed day-to-day operations, and was highly responsive throughout the project. His professionalism and commitment made it clear that my home and project were a top priority. Overall, my experience with Jorden Corporation was exceptional from start to finish. I would confidently hire them again for any future project, whether a custom home build or additional repairs and renovations to my existing home.

The Jordan corporation gave us a phenomenal kitchen and family room remodel. They regularly communicated the progress and addressed our concerns quickly. We had them complete an entire kitchen remodel, flooring for The downstairs and refinishing of the stairs. Took about 10 weeks. The work, products and finishes were amazing and of very high quality. They were adaptable to our requests and open about timelines and cost. Bill, Trendon and Colleen were wonderful throughout the project.

Bill Rice was a fantastic salesman because he really focused on providing good service. He listened to what I said, put it on paper, and into action. Trendon, the project manager, communicated with me almost daily throughout the whole process. He would text with me and review what had been done that day, and emailed what to expect throughout the next week. Each team was courteous and respectful of my personal space as we lived in the home during the renovation. The whole experience was not without hiccups, but those hiccups were met with clear communication. The overall product is spectacular, and we couldn't be happier.

By far one of the most professional experiences I have had working with them. They took the time to explain the process and in great detail which gave me peace of mind that we selected the right team.

Man, where do I even start? Right off the bat, it starts from the top. You can just tell Trenden is overall a good person, easy to deal/communicate with and great leader of his company that is easily seen throughout his team from start to finish on a project. Trenden and his team did a great job initially in understanding our project scope and transparently outlining the renovation process. Throughout the project, we received weekly updates and collaborated through a shared document to see the progress made. Further, we maintained continual collaboration and communication about the unplanned events and potential solutions. This is a great company to work with!
