Buyer beware. Absolute worst in the industry. If you’re looking to buy a new build, stay away. Cutting corners with quality, zero responsiveness and terrible to zero customer service. While the sales process was filled with high promises about quality construction and customer care, the reality has been the complete opposite. The customer service is severely lacking. Communication is slow, inconsistent, and often requires multiple follow-ups just to receive a basic response - basically it’s absent. Warranty service has been especially problematic—requests go unaddressed for long periods, and in some cases, are ignored entirely. Issues that should have been straightforward to resolve have dragged on unnecessarily, causing stress and inconvenience. It is clear that once the sale is complete, customer satisfaction is no longer a priority. For such a large, mass-producing builder, the lack of organization, responsiveness, and accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly advise potential buyers to thoroughly research post-closing experiences and not rely solely on the builder’s sales claims. The gap between what is promised and what is delivered is significant.

A very messy and irresponsible builder. If you could give them zero or negative stars, I certainly would. They show very little regard for township regulations and ordinances, especially those pertaining to spacing, natural lands, and the environment. If you ever encounter a problem, either as a neighbor, or a resident, you can expect to receive no response, for a 4 weeks/month at minimum, this can extend to several years. This could be due to the number of ongoing incidents, or the continued lack of quality of the product, not sure. They never return calls, and they never respond to people unless they are accepting a payment-- once everything is paid for, they seem to disappear. The number of disgruntled people in the areas surrounding their properties are oddly enough the ones never asked about the issues with this developer, and it should be noted that several individuals have had to dig into their own pockets to manage landscaping for privacy purposes, since this developer selling million dollar homes cannot seem to afford to buy any trees or fencing. Add this to the number of actual residents with structural issues on their houses well under 10 years of age, and you have a real winner with JPO. It does make you wonder where the money actually goes if they have so many inconsistent properties yet move on to the next one without fixing the last one... Never forget "value" can mean lots of things to different people, but quality and standards don't have to fall by the wayside to save a few pennies (when ultimately selling things for six figures).
