We have built on acreage and city lots throughout the local Tri-Cities, WA area as well as Lake Chelan and Quincy. All of our floor plans are customizable; we are flexible and will work with your plans or help find one of our plans that can work with your lot. Our architect is readily available to make revisions to our plans or design one from scratch. We strive to have clear communication, build trust, provide outstanding customer service and a smooth build process.
