“We have used Elite One to put in a new front porch with a cedar overhang a few years ago and also a screened-in porch on the back this year. Nick and Robin are great to work with and their team does a great job. The front of our house was flat and boring, it always felt like it was missing something. It is now much more appealing to the eye but also looks like the porch was always a part of the house. We had several quotes to add a screened-in porch over several years but it always seemed unattainable with the prices so we gave up on that idea. After using Elite One for our front porch, we decided we should have them quote us on the back project too. They were able to work with us and come up with alternatives so we could stay within our budget and make that dream happen.”

“Mark built our house in 2014 and we have a beautiful house, meeting all our expectations and more. We did while being out of state, through emails and pictures. It worked! The craftsmanship was outstanding. Building a house is a long sometimes challenging process and overall it went well. We had some up and down but that is totally expected for such a huge endeavor: asking a stranger to materialize the most expensive vision you ever had in your life... In the end it all worked out. He came back to fix a few things (which is normal) and we never had to pay or argue about it, he took care of it, no question, and that is special! I would totally work with him and his team again if we ever build another house. I would have no problem recommending him to my best friend or family. Great experience, great house, love living in it!”
