Kirby and his team have been great to work with. They are very kind and patient. We have throughly enjoyed working with everyone on the team. They are also really great at 3800what they do . We are totally in love with our home.

Kirby did a complete remodel of my home including taking walls down to the studs, elevating the ceiling, installing a huge steel beam for support, all electrical, plumbing, flooring, new windows and doors, all new cabinets and appliances throughout the house. Additionally he painted inside and out and installed new landscaping. Work was professionally done. Whenever there was an issue he was responsive and did everything he could to ensure we were satisfied. I would definitely use him again and recommend him highly.

Kirby is great to work with. He truly cares about creating a beautiful high quality home that he can be proud of and is exactly what you have in mind. He is creative with great taste and spent extensive time helping us find just the right materials. As another reviewer mentioned, his project manager Andy is also wonderful. Andy was always there and worked tirelessly to make sure we were completely satisfied. My husband traveled extensively throughout the build and Kirby and Andy made it so much easier for me. We hired Kirby to do an extensive remodel of the home we just purchased in the Dripping Springs area. He, his crew and sub's all did a wonderful job. If we were not happy with a sub, which wasn't often, he was quick to replace them and fix any issues or concerns. He was fair, open and honest in his business dealings. Home remodel. Very professional and knowledgeable. Kirby added 900 square feet to our home - two bedrooms, two walk-in closets, large bathroom with walk-in shower, and a large master closet.

Kirby just finished our custom home this month. We couldn’t be happier with the finished product and the process we endured over the last several months. Kirby was helpful from day 1. We interviewed 6 builders and he was the only one who took the time to send us a detailed bid. That was an early sign of his organization and devotion. The project primarily stayed on budget and when something ended up being more costly than expected, Kirby offered cost saving solutions elsewhere. That was very helpful and seems to be uncommon. The number one thing we liked about Kirby was his communication. He always picked up the phone, was always upfront with us and always kept us in the loop. The appraiser of our home said it is the nicest and most quality built home they had appraised out of over 300 homes. We tend to agree. I need to also mention that Kirby has a terrific project manager, Andy. Handy Andy was there everyday and handled the sub contractors and vendors with our best interest in mind. Kirby and Andy make a great team.

I would highly recommend Kirby Walls Custom Builders to anyone! We worked with Kirby finishing out our beautiful Penthouse. We bought our unit as a white box unfinished state. Kirby work with us finishing all out. It was a very complex project but Kirby mange to navigate all problems with positive attitude. The end results and quality of products was amazing.
