Kirchner Custom Builders built our fifth home and it was by far the best experience we have had with a builder. Communication, from the initial phone conversation through move in and after, was exemplary. Both Marty and Tony were very knowledgeable, professional and very easy to work with, as well as all of their sub-contractors. They were always attentive to specifics in design and helpful with ideas and possible options. During construction they worked with us designing the fireplace wall with cabinets on each side until we had the design we wanted. We were kept informed and always made aware of the progress on a daily basis We are extremely happy with the end results and our new home!

This team of experienced, professional and friendly craftsmen completely gutted our old farmhouse and added and rebuilt the structure to make it the most cozy, comfortable and beautiful home of our dreams. I have done some home remodel work myself and after 3 years of living here I am still in awe about what a wonderful job they did and how they accomplished it. The quality of their work is exceptional. Their willingness to make it the way we wanted even with decisions we had to make during construction was their first priority. They had a way of keeping the old farmhouse feel while incorporating all the modern conveniences we appreciate. In the design process, their aim is to learn the desires and needs of the customers and fit this to budgetary and design limitations of the project. In bidding the project, their communication was of the highest order. Unlike other contractors there were no " surprises " in the execution of our project . KCB did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. They were easy to work with, accommodating to our schedule, honest, hard working, and treated each other with respect. One of their employees even helped some other guys hauling in huge rolls of heavy carpet on his way out the door. We live in a home built in 1867. We did a huge remodel in 1990 when we bought the house (it was a duplex at that time and we converted it back to single family)--think the movie "The Money Pit". Now that our four kids are grown we decided to "refresh" it. I wish Kirchner Custom Builders had been around back then to be our original contractors. I have had them bid on several projects and always end up using them. people we know who had them do a new build are equally pleased from what we are hearing.
