Kyle and Jana Johns designed and built the custom home of our dreams! Professionally, they have a deep knowledge of every aspect of the building process, which they used to ensure the absolute BEST/ top quality outcome from beginning to end. Their use of said knowledge and experience, along with intuitive design, a hands-on approach (Kyle was on site almost every day!), superior communication skills, high expectations of high end, top quality workers, trustworthiness and strong interpersonal skills, ensured they exceeded all of our expectations. From beginning to finish, Kyle and Jana made home building a wonderful experience. We would recommend KJHomes without reservation to anyone who has a dream of building their perfect home! We will be working with them again soon!

Kyle did an amazing job on our porch extension and firepit. His attention to detail and desire to make us happy was above anything I could have asked for in this process. I consider myself perfectionist and expect the same from anyone I hire do to a job. His subs are friendly and respected our property, privacy, and time. We love our KJ Home! Jana helped us create the custom floor plans exactly the way we envisioned them. Kyle was very detail oriented throughout the whole build process and was also very open with us on what things would cost which helped us make decisions on what we wanted in our home. He let us do some of our own work like creating all the metal work and even helped us install the antique beams in the living room. We have been in our home close to a year and they continue to keep in contact with us and stand behind their product. One of the main reasons that we decided to choose KJ Homes for our build was that they only do a select number of homes a year, guaranteeing that your project is a top priority for them. Kyle was at the house everyday checking on the contractors and making sure everything was to his level of satisfaction. He is very picky about what goes into his homes and has some amazing contractors that work the same way! If you are looking for a truly custom home then you need KJ Homes to build it! Some people might not want to be as hands on as we were during the building process, but you will have a high quality product either way when you work with Kyle and Jana! We had an amazing experience and love the final product!

I came to Jana with a sketch on a piece of graph paper, a handful of pictures from Houzz and a lot of ideas in mind. Kyle and Jana took my sketch and turned it into a one of a kind dream home.
