“Our experience building our custom home with Noble Knights Construction was terrific from start to finish. We chose Alan Van Why after seeing many of his home builds in the Knoxville Parade of Homes. His team was accommodating every step of the way. We decided to build a completely custom home, sourcing many of the cosmetic materials ourselves, and we were a bit nervous about how this integration would work. However, Alan was great at working with us on our unique requests, and they were flexible when it came to integrating the materials we chose. One of the highlights of this project was how involved my husband was in the design process. He worked closely with their team to include a lot of personalized and unique features in the house, and it truly feels like a one-of-a-kind space. Alan was not only open to creative ideas, he was excited along with us and made sure that our vision came to life. Throughout the build, the communication was excellent. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed quickly, and we never felt welcome at the job site and included in scheduling. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The house is everything we envisioned, and working with Alan made the process enjoyable and stress-free. Alan continues to be a friend that we are always happy to see!
