Our homes all score below 65 for the Home Energy Rating System (HERS), meaning the homes are at least 35% more efficient than a code-built home built in the same year. Our most recent custom home completion at 542 Doris Drive scored HERS 58 and will save our clients approximately $1300 in energy in the first year.
