Our home was built by Koenig with the original owners. After buying the home, the team at Koenig did a great job on a major remodel/construction project we did. They helped us find a great architect and other top notch professionals to get the work done with the highest of craftsmanship and reliability. They paid close attention to details and stood behind every aspect of the work each day. They completed the work on time and on budget. Koenig, through their property management group, Tandem, have also done great remodeling, maintenance and repair work for us. We'd highly recommend them to anyone considering building a new home or remodeling or expanding their current home.

Working with Scott Koenig and his team was a pleasure. They are very organized, detail oriented and transparent. Scott's use of the Co-Construct app made all the details and decisions well organized and clear. The house is absolutely beautiful, and the care taken in the construction is obvious. Scott Koenig and his team helped us remodel our 1980's home in Kiawah Island, SC. We couldn't be happier with the experience of working with them and the outcome. Scott is a hard-worker, knows all the ins and outs of construction, never complains with a change, pushes the envelope with meeting timelines, his accounting and estimates are spot on and he only hires the best sub-contractors. Scott approached our home as if it was his own. We managed the project remotely and Scott installed cameras in the home so we could monitor progress. He uses a project management software that makes overall project progress, photos, selections, and communication so easy. All of the work from the big items to small details were completed beautifully. Scott has a project manager, Debra, who is involved with every decision. She is the liaison between all the selections clients make (with or without a decorator) and making sure every detail is noted and no communication is lost, every deadline is met, etc. The process that Scott uses is perfection. His quality to detail is noted. His passion for building or remodeling your home is evident. We couldn't recommend Koenig Homes more for your project.
