MEET THE BUILDER
L. Martinez Construction is owned and operated by Lionel Martinez, a life-long resident of DuPage County, who has been working in the home-building industry for 20 years. Residing in Warrenville and actively involved with his family in the community, Lionel and is committed to building lasting relationships of trust with his clients. With a structural engineering background, Lionel gives precision oversight to the home-building process from start to finish. And as a skilled fine woodworker, specializing in custom woodworking and cabinetry, Lionel is dedicated to ensuring the highest quality finished product possible.
