“GreenGoose Homes built our custom home in West Lafayette. The staff was courteous, professional, fun, and friendly. The builder kept the subcontractors on schedule (weather permitting) and demanded quality work from them. We appreciated their attention to detail and customer service. Even though we have moved in, GreenGoose is still making sure we are satisfied with our home by addressing after move-in punch list items. We highly recommend this builder!!”

“Zac Chapman was referred to us by Rod Collier, an architect, with a fabulous reputation. Zac and his crew were steller. The project was completed on time and there were no glitches. The new mudroom, new kitchen, remodel of the bedroom and bathroom, and finishing the one third of the lower level has added value to our home. “We have been in our Kalan Home for two years now. When we decided three years ago that we were going to downsize and move to town, we got busy vetting builders. After looking at other local builders, we toured a few Kalan homes that were under construction. My husband, being in the facility maintenance/management business, knew immediately that this was the builder for us! No shortcuts are taken on these homes. From selecting our lot, designing our home, making a few changes along the way, to closing, Kim and her team were absolutely wonderful to work with. We love our house and our neighborhood and can't imagine life any other way!”

“We moved into our home, built by Jerry Huston, and have been in it for 14 years now. We bought the house on spec as part of a job relocation. My wife actually bought the house without me seeing it directly after meeting with Jerry and the realtor. The house was very well designed, having both a "wow" factor but also having a very pragmatic lay out. The builder's selection of the surfaces and finishing touches is largely untouched since we moved in, and the house from a quality of construction perspective has been the most satisfying aspect of our home purchase. The house was put together to be beautiful, functional, and, also, to last. One other thing which Jerry did which has been of great value over the years was to compile a list of all subcontractors who touched the house. We have used this as needed over the years, and Jerry has always been responsive to inquiries on recommendations, one as recently as last year. In short, we would eagerly go with Jerry again.”
