“I designed and drew the plans for a "tight house" built the new modern way and this company was very receptive to building this modern house. They even came to my house, which I could not believe. Bradberry Construction was very responsive and kept their appointments and agreed to build the house the way I recommended. I spent about 100 hours watching builders build the right way by today's science. Everyone was very cooperative and understood what I wanted. I was not charged for the preliminary meetings even though they had done a lot of work. I spent hours learning how to use a computer program for drawing house plans and they improved it. I could not have been happier with their work. but in the end my wife did not want to move into the country and we decided that at my age it was just too late to build, and we did not want to have to make many decisions and then move everything, so the house did not get built. It was my fault that the house was not built. I could not have been happier with Bradberry Construction and if I ever do any work on the present house I am living in, it is Bradberry Construction who I will call. I don't know how they build, but if it is any way similar to how they cooperated with me, I have no doubt that they are good Builders. What I liked the most was the speed at which they got back to me, arranged for the first and second meeting. They were also very competent and nice to work with.”

“Stutes construction just built my home. No corners cut. Things I never saw, they did and corrected. Things like centering windows and doorways with hallways. They build as if they were going to move in themselves. His daughter works with him and is off the charts talented with interior spaces. She helped us pick out all of our paint colors, flooring, countertops, etc with the greatest of ease. Presented the pros and cons of each decision so we were fully informed with each decision. We had hear about him being the finest builder in our area but honestly thought he would be out of our price range. I am happy to say, you can get quality work for a fair price with Russell Stutes Construction company.”

“Thomas and his brother Charles (Chuck) just finished building their very first CATIO...it's like a screened in patio but built for our two cats. They did an awesome job and the CATIO is stunning....it even looks better than the original. They did quite a bit of customizing in the final product. Our two cats are use to the climbing and hopping up and down the platforms that they built into the interior of the structure and they love perching themselves on the upper platform to gaze over the fence and sit in the sun. It was built in cedar and has galvanized 1/2" pet wire on the inside and critter fencing on the outside and the structure is finished with black hardware on the doors. Their attention to detail is evident in the final product. Cats are very happy and so am I.....thanks Tom & Chuck for everything !!!”
