We hired LakeCrest based off of a cold call to having a hard time finding contractors. They were professional and handled the job better than we could have hoped. I have been involved in the building trades for three decades, so I did not make the job easy for them. This house was to be the forever home for my wife and LakeCrest did not disappoint! My wife enjoyed working with Danielle to design he interior. Danielle showed great patience with us and was extremely professional. Our project manager Brandon was always Johnny on the spot and made sure to work through any perceived issues. he was always available for us and really helped see the project all the way through. Dave also was always available for us and did all he could to ensure that the product was what we desire. If you are looking for a professional team that cares about their clients, you need to look no further. With LakeCrest, you are in good hands!

It was an extensive remodel of a former restaurant that was converted to a coffee wine bar, sports shop and a medical clinic.

The team at LakeCrest goes above and beyond. They have a design team on staff to be sure the whole home is cohesive, not to mention breath taking, when complete! The craftsmanship provided by their crews, and those they hire, are some of the best in the area. If you're looking for a builder, I would definitely give LakeCrest Builders consideration.

I have been working with Lakecrest for some time now on a few projects and they are very involved with their customers and take all needs into account. They give a fresh perspective on projects and have great ideas of how to accomplish such goals. Any questions or concerns that may arise within the project are answered diligently and with respect. Designing and building a home is an exciting project. It is an opportunity to create a living space that exactly matches your lifestyle. We have learned from past experiences that finding a contractor partner is the most consequential decision you will make in building your home. Having the right contractor is the essential element in making the building process work smoothly and ensuring that the end product is exactly as you dreamed. From the beginning LakeCrest supplied excellent advice on exterior and interior design. The LakeCrest team guided us step by step through the build. We were most impressed by the quality of their design team and project manager. Most of their subcontractors had a long history with LakeCrest. All were knowledgeable and provided additional valuable input during the build. LakeCrest met every challenge small or large with integrity. There were no surprises along the way. In all the build was a pleasant process and the results were outstanding.

Please be very cautious with this builder. We gave them drawings of a contemporary mountain house in a new development called Rancharrah. Based upon their estimate we completed all the architectural drawings and paid for structural engineering as well. we even had submitted our plans to obtain a building permit. Once the final drawings were finished, the builder gave us a build bid now 30% HIGHER. They were total incompetent and lacked basic building knowledge. Their explanation was that they thought this style of house was cheaper to build but now we realize it is more expensive...".oh sorry ". So the builder we engaged to save up money was the builder that cost us a lot of money and time. We now had to shrink the house and totally redesign the house, pay the architect and structural engineer again. When we sent correspondence advising we were going to change builders and we wanted to finish up outstanding business. The two owners did not even have the courtesy to respond. Do yourself a favor and find another builder as we did. They are incompetent, small minded and not very good businessmen.

Awesome builder and great experience. We have bought many houses over the years and done a few semi-custom builds along the way. LakeCrest was a pleasure to deal with. They kept us informed weekly as to target date and any schedule changes. When a problem arose, a member of the management team and the foreman would meet us at the job site, present the issue, and in each case then present their proposed solutions. LakeCrest always attempted to have the end result to an issue slanted in our favor. The end result was fabulous and their warranty follow up is also top notch. If I were to build another house, I would definitely use LakeCrest.

This is our second home built by LCB...over a period of 15 years or so. The fact that we selected LCB for a second major project speaks for itself. The owners, managers and staff that we have worked with are of uniformly high quality both in terms of experience and in terms of ethics. As a result, the houses they build are high quality and their clients can sleep at night. LCB is probably not the lowest price builder in the area, but they keep very busy due to their fine reputation. This gives them valuable leverage in getting good subcontractors and keeping them (busy). This is very important in these times where (in this area) the demand for subcontractors exceeds the supply. We would use LCB again.

I have worked with LakeCrest Builders for 20 years and have always found their work to be of the highest quality. I would reccomend them without hesitation.
