I have had the pleasure of working with Lakeside Dev. for over 25 years! They exemplify the Ute most integrity and professionalism with their clients as well as their contractors!! The quality and design of their homes are to be rivaled. Living in a Lakeside Home would be a joy!!!

The 2015 Innovation house is beautiful. It's everything one would like in a home and more. The design has a great flow from room to room with lots of natural light. It feels like home when you walk in. H&G must be very pleased that they partnered with Lakeside Development.

When I moved my surgical practice in Mequon, Lakeside performed the build out on budget and on time. I knew them for their home building which is very upscale, and found their business build out was equally so. I've now been a tenant for years and plan to stay for many more.

We are in the process of building our second home with Lakeside Development, and it has been another outstanding experience. We built our first home with them in 2000. The process and the product that time around were exemplary. As such, it was easy to go back to them when we chose to build another home this year. The people at Lakeside are extremely skilled, honest, transparent, quality-driven and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I can't say enough good things about them.

Lakeside Landscape helped us remodel a 1950's house. We were very pleased with their work, both in design and quality of workmanship. They completely remodeled the kitchen and master bath, designed and built a large closet- dressing room, removing many tiny closets and an out of date ubath to do so. We were able to live in the house during the remodeling, so were on-site a great deal of the time. Their sub-contractors did excellent work. We have now lived in the house for approximately three years, and are very happy with it.
