We just completed our backyard project including a covered patio and outdoor bathroom and shower with Len of L&L Builders. His professionalism throughout the process was exceptional. He always brought new ideas to the table and worked with only the best vendors. My favorite part--he returns calls and shows up when he says he will which is a rarity among contractors these days!

From the start of our building project, we established a trustworthy relationship with the builders and their team of professionals. They materialized our dream home from ideas to a beautiful home.

We are doing a total renovation on our beach house in Brick. Larry and Len have been great to work with. It has been the perfect blend of them offering ideas and listening to ours. They have been great in directing us to quality vendors( windows, siding,doors, kitchen/bath designer, etc) We just spent a morning walking through our recently framed home and finalized doors, closet openings, positioning of bathroom appliances, etc. We have worked with many other builders in the past and these two are by far the best! I'll send in pics as the project progresses.

L&L completed a backyard transformation for us that entailed pool, patios, fireplace, fire pit, and pool cabana with full bath and kitchenette. The project was completed on time and on budget and the result exceeded our very lofty expectations. We used L&L because they built a 9000 sq ft house for us 10+ years ago that we were very happy with. Their VISION is a differentiator, and their attention to detail is commendable. Their pleasant demeanor and positive attitude make them a pleasure to work with. How many homeowners remain good friends with their builder after a project ?!! These guys are awesome.

I'm currently in the process of building our dream home with Len and Larry of L & L builders. My experience with them has been exceptional. They remain one of the premier General Contractors in Northern New Jersey. The quality and craftsmenship of this home is second to none. We are anxious to move in and enjoy for years to come!
