Landmark 24 Homes

I DO NOT recommend! A few days ago makes a year being in my home and my whole ceiling is cracked with water damage due to a pipe that could have been leaking for a while that I could not see until the crack occurred. They would not come out to assess the situation and told me my warranty was discontinued.

We bought a house in Rice Creek in December 2021 and we were told there wouldn’t be any homes built behind us and as of today May 2022 they are cutting down trees and building houses behind us. The homes are already not worth the price and are cheaply built, now throw in being lied to. I do not recommend Landmark 24.

If you would like a complete house built, look elsewhere. It’s been 6 weeks since closing and kitchen is not finished. 6 weeks, not a typo.

Four and one year old home, and the back door leaks! We first noticed the leak after only ten months in the brand new home. Called and e-mailed them, they told me it is over one year old and will not be repaired or replace. Then after two years we have to put two thousand dollars into the air conditioning unit handler. Not very happy at all!

We bought 2 homes from Landmark 24 within the last 2 years. In 2014 we met Anna Dinatali and she helped make our first time home buying experience the best we could've ever asked! We picked our lot, designed our dream and with her guidance and support all the way through the project we closed on our new beautiful home in September of 2015! We love the structure of the builders style and the energy efficiency is more than we expected! Our utilities are more reasonable compared to our friends and that's because our home has spray foam installation! We loved it so much we decide after 16 months to go bigger and move into the village at Palmetto Pointe. We purchased the Richmond in March of this year and we could not be happier! All of the Landmark contacts are outstanding!! They are always there for us no matter what the situation is. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a beautiful home with all the extras you want! We love you Landmark 24!!

Landmark 24 was GREAT when we built our home in Pooler. From the beginning to the closing the people were helpful, things went (almost) according to schedule and since living in the home for almost a year we haven't had any problems and know the home was built right! I'm very thankful for the work they've done, they are continuing to build in our neighborhood and overall the professionalism is wonderful.
