We choose Matt after getting several bids to construct a very custom high end 5,000 sf new home. Matt presented his bid in great detail with all the back-up, and he completed the project on time, and at the quoted price without any issues. We did add some scope to the project and found Matt's pricing to be very fair. The final quality of the construction was excellent. I am a builder myself with almost 50 years of experience and have Matt's honesty, follow through, record keeping are as good as it gets.

He has the experience, the know-how and the loyalty of really good subs, all of which enable him to build top drawer custom homes with great attention to detail. He is also totally financially transparent and it was very easy to track expenses all through out our home building project. To top it off, he's a genuinely nice guy who's very easy going and enjoyable to be around. We can't recommend him highly enough!
