We are a locally owned & operated custom home builder in Delaware. Led by 3rd generation builder, Brian Lessard, we have been building quality custom homes in Delaware for over 35 years. We have experience building homes at the beach, on the beach, in town, outside of town, on our lot, on your lot and in numerous developments throughout the state of Delaware. We are a full service general contractor with both residential and commercial experience. Every homeowner that builds with us works hand in hand with the builder, Brian Lessard.
