My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

J. Parrish Builders
Custom Home Builders in Lexington
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsDecember 8, 2025
“We recently completed a full-home remodel with J. Parrish Builders and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the experience was overwhelmingly positive. JP, the owner, was consistently transparent, fair, and communicated well. These qualities made a big project feel manageable and kept us confident throughout the process. A special shoutout goes to our project manager, Kyle, who was truly fabulous. His organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail were key to the success of the renovation. He went above and beyond to make sure the work stayed on track and that we were informed every step of the way. Like any large renovation, there were a few bumps in the road, but thanks to the team’s professionalism and problem solving, everything was handled smoothly. In the end, the quality of the work speaks for itself. We highly recommend J. Parrish Builders to anyone considering a remodel. Their integrity, craftsmanship, and dedication made all the difference.”

“My husband was researching a contractor to build us a new deck. I can’t remember where he actually found Rodolfo. He was a complete Godsend for sure. He absolutely knows what he’s doing when it comes to construction. It’s amazing work of art for sure! Our original deck wasn’t built at all like the one he built! There will not be any worries about ever needing another one built! We’re hiring him down the road to rebuild our deck in the back of our home. Superb contractor for sure!”

“We had a serious accident which destroyed my kitchen which was a disaster. Chris Howard immediately worked on my reconstruction! He was such a great listener plus going into details explaining options as well as making changes! It was amazing that I didn’t replace but updated with many options and affordable ideas! My kitchen is now awesome and so homey! Thank you Chris Howard for being there and giving your professional, expert experience!”
