They can be stair free, barrier free homes that are easy to move around in regardless of physical capability. As a full service building contractor specializing in homes to retire in, single family homes, vacation homes, and custom homes.

From finding a lot to build on, to coming up with over 20 basic homes, to customizing it to our needs, these guys are beyond belief. Once we closed on the land, and came up with the final plans, had the land surveyed to breaking ground, today is 3 months. They are about 70% complete. They really know their stuff.
