We moved into our house built by Stadler Custom Homes in 2015. The house is everything we imagined it to be except for a major problem we are having with all the wood stained products in our house such as cabinets, doors, drawers, shelves etc. Within 6 months of moving in, we noticed scratches throughout our house on the wood stained products which was later declared a defect in the lacquer that was used. After moving out of our new house, Stadler attempted to repair the issue by re-spraying all the wood fixtures. Unfortunately, the fix did not work and we are still having the same problem. We never expected to have this type of issue with our new house nor did we ever expect Stadler Custom homes to take so much time (it's been 3.5 years now) in resolving this issue. I was told by one of the Stadler employees that others were having similar issues. If so, please contact me.

I have known and work with Stadler Custom Homes, for more than 20 years, they have been excellent to work with, the execution of the projects that we worked on, are incredible. Ray Stadler has a great eye and he is very talented not just in building an amazing home, he also brings many ideas to the table to make the project even more exciting.
