LimeLite Development

In the past 10 years my wife and I have built one house and lived in two completed spec homes, our impression of many builders is that their concern for profit all too often results in a sacrifice of quality. This was not our experience working with LimeLite Development. Our Realtor helped us find our LimeLite home early in the construction process, just before drywall. In the past we have had a wide variety of experiences with builders and contractors. Our experience with LimeLite Development and the entire team was indeed top notch. LimeLite is knowledgable, as well as professional and eager. They worked hard to fully understood our specific needs. (This was extremely important to us.) It should also be noted that LimeLite’s subcontractors also proved to share our concerns for quality workmanship. This further convinced us that we would be pleased with the end result. It is important to mention that LimeLite finished our home almost two weeks ahead of schedule and there were no surprises at closing. We can’t thank LimeLite enough for helping us with our 4-Star BuiltGreen home here in Seattle. As we continue to spend more time in home, we will eagerly pass the LimeLite name along to our friends and family.
