We recently completed a design build with Dominic and Liv Modern. Choosing the building route through a pandemic was not an easy choice but Dominic made the process much smoother than we could have imagined. He helped create the big picture for the house and was then involved with every small detail to make it a reality. His building knowledge, aesthetic, dedication and most of all his true passion for his work translates into an amazing end product. Working with Dominic and LivModern was a pleasure from beginning to end. We initially found Dominic through another California-like, clean, and modern house he built. Besides his aesthetic, it was also his statement that he would build our home just like he would build one for himself…that is a very different perspective than most builders, and really resonated with us. He truly cares about the details as if it was his own house. Not just the visible features, but the mechanicals and the detail behind the walls and under the floors. He limits the number of simultaneous projects so he and his team really focused on our home. Our trust in Dominic was well-placed and in the end, he built us a wonderful home on which we are complimented constantly. We also left other aspects of the home building process and design in Dominic’s hands - he handled all of our landscaping design, designed our pool and deck, and our driveway.
