We appreciate the fact that Ron doesn’t suggest to go to a specific store for stuff, he’ll give you free hand of where you wanna buy things so you can get the stuff within your price range. He always shows us details of prices for approval before moving forward on anything. H - HOA dealings was the biggest thing! But Ron took care of it!!! He dealt with them to make sure we can move forward accordingly within the rules!!!... He’d say “I got this you you just do what you need to do”….
