We hired Luxury to build our dream house, and they were awesome to work with! They are simply the best in the area for home building!

Luxury Homes suggested some ideas to help control the overall projected cost and was enthusiastic about undertaking this new home project even though fall (2017) was approaching. By the time we had the financing finalized, we "broke" ground on Nov. 2nd. They made amazing progress through the fall & winter. While the construction ultimately took a bit longer than was projected, we cannot say enough about how good it was to work with Tim Parker and his sub-contractors. He pointed us in the right direction to suppliers and tradesmen with which he had working relationships, and we were more than pleased with the results of their work. There were some unique finishing details that were utilized and executed very skillfully to make it the home we envisioned. We couldn't be more pleased.

Tim and crew took our ideas and dreams and turned them into reality in beautiful home they built for us. Professional, willing to do whatever it takes to make us happy. Everyone at Luxury goes above and beyond to ensure you are not only satisfied, but delighted with their work. I had a color from a magazine that I liked but it wasn’t identified. They contacted the magazine and ended up locating the home and talking with them to find that color for me! WOW!

We chose Luxury Homes to build our home and could not have been happier with their performance. Under the leadership of Tim Parker the whole process couldn't have gone smoother. He was so easy to deal with and saw that our every wish was taken care of. As soon as 1 crew was done with their expertise the next crew was there the very next day. Any changes we wanted to make was immediately addressed without a complaint. Most importantly, we were always consulted if there was a price change and given the option if we still wanted to do it or not. That way, at the end of construction, there were no surprises with increases that we were not made aware of. Also, to our amazement and satisfaction, they completed the house within 2 wks. of what they told us it would take. We each were also generously, given by Luxury, something for the house that they could do for us in appreciation of our business. If we had it to do all over again, we would definitely have Luxury Homes build for us.

We could not have had a better experience building our dream home with Tim and his company! They were so easy to work with and made each step such a fun process. His crew are talented and some of the best in the industry. We would build with them again in a heartbeat!

Luxury Homes has built two homes for our family in Charleston, IL and our last one was completed in November 2014. In fact, we asked Luxury to build our second home without securing another bid given our first experience and our confidence in the Parkers. Their high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail coupled with their flexibility and honesty made our contractor decision an easy one. We had an initial house design concept but they took our very rough plans and brought it to life. Building can be a stressful process yet they made it relatively easy and painless and the project was finished with no surprises or regrets. If we were ever to build again, we'd call Tim Parker. Tim and the entire team at Luxury Homes designed and built our home that in the end exceeded our expectations. From the design and estimate steps through construction, Tim made it easy. Now, over a year after completion, there have on been a couple minor follow-ups needed and they were completed very quickly. We used this builder for a new home build and we were very pleased with their work. They built a beautiful home for our family. Their bidding is accurate and if you happen to change/add anything along the way that will change the cost, they let you know what it will be and you sign off on it. They did quality work and they did it quickly and efficiently. They guide the homeowner through the process of choosing features one step at a time so that it's never overwhelming. The contractor manages all the different teams of workers--plumbers, electricians, etc. with professionalism and the homeowner is free to enjoy the building process. If you experience any problems, even after your home is built, they are quick to come and remedy them. Thirteen years later, we are still very happy with our home.
