Mike and his crew of experts did a great job on my bathroom remodel. Everyone had a positive attitude and did exactly what they said they were going to do, and did it on time. If I ever need someone to do work on my home in the future Mike will be the one to do it.

Mike Dawson of ML Dawson Consruction helped us remodel and add on to our existing vacation home. With his experience we were able to turn a classic three bedrom 2 bath ranch house into a five bedroom, 5 bathroom dream home for our growing family of children and grandchildren. Mike was working on this project in a different city from our main residence and had to deal with acquiring coastal permits, building permits and many city codes, variances, and other obstacles that were required by a conservative community. He never saw the many challenges that he had to deal with as a negative and his positive attitude and ability to work within the system made what could have been a nightmare for us a relatively smooth process. Mike Dawson was completely trustworthy, and he NEVER let us down on his delivered promises. His integrity, knowledge, and exprience was evident in all aspects of the remodeling process. Our neighbors continually comment on how easy he was to approach as they had concerns about construction issues and how pleased they are with the finished house as it is appropriate for this specific coastal community. His experience was a genuine asset to our project as we had a general idea of what we wanted and with his assistance he put our uncertain vision into a fantastic reality! We used M.L. Dawson Construction to build our family home. Everyone says its a horrible exspience building a home...we did not have that exspience at all. Mike did a great job managing the project and all his workers he made it a great exspience. It was done in a very timely manner and was completed when he said it would be. I truly have no complaints. I built my custom home in early 2000. 3,600 sq. ft. 5 bedroom, 3-1/2 bath, 4 car garage. I had no previous experience building homes. Mike came recommended by a good friend of the family. He was hired to frame my home. He did an excellent job. Deadlines were met and there were no surprises at the end of the job. He was on budget. He was extremely helpful through the whole process. He helped me locate companies to do the drywall, roofing, and exterior siding for my home. Mike is honest, and extremely knowledgeable about the whole building process, from the ground up.
