I cannot begin to tell you how happy we are. As a first time home builder we were not sure what to expect. Over the years we had heard many of our friends and acquaintance experiences, which I will admit were not all pleasant. After meeting John Matteson we no longer had reservations about who we should use to build our home. His knowledge, guidance & professionalism was amazing. Words cannot describe the Stress Free enjoyment that my husband & I had building our new home. John was extremely personable and quick to listen to our every need of our new home. We were pretty nervous starting a construction project because we've had nightmare contractors in the past. But John worked with us on a pool house project and we couldn't be happier. He was a fabulous communicator. We always knew exactly where things stood with subs without having to ask which meant a lot to us. He was a perfectionist and would find things he wasn't happy with and have the fixes underway before we even noticed. He was willing to offer bonuses to subs to finish quickly and didn't pass those costs onto us. Our final project is gorgeous and exactly what we dreamed of. He's a genuinely good and honest guy and I would (and have!) highly recommended him to anyone considering a project.
