We've worked extensively with Meadow Mountain Homes for multiple projects. Sean McGinley has a great team, is responsible and responsive. He helped oversee everything from sophisticated foundation and structural work to intricate stair railing details and cabinetry. He has excellent sub-contractors and maintains great relationships with them. Schedule and budget should be watched carefully, but overall a very a professional contractor.

As a high-end, custom home builder in CT, I was very leery to have to hire a builder in CO for the major renovation of our second home. That being said, I knew there was no way I could manage things from CT. I hired Meadow Mountain Homes for two phases of my renovation, and could not have been more satisfied! For starters, they were a pleasure to work with. They were responsible and organized, with good quality subcontractors who could be counted on. Numerous times I put pressure on them to get the job done in time for our arrival, and, although sometimes it was unrealistic of me, they did an amazingly good job at getting it ready for my family's arrival. And almost most importantly, when the job was done, they were responsive to the punchlist items that would crop up from time to time. I am truly sad that our relationship has come to an end. I'll have to come up with another project :) !

Big job with large edition, chapel and multiple gardens, waterfalls and streams. Meadow Mountain homes did a unbelievable job of pulling it together. It is even more impressive that they come in at the foundation stage when I had to fire the first contractor who thought we had no budget. Great to work with, highest quality, honest and we could not be more proud of our new Colorado home

MMH built my fabulous Mountain Contemporary home in Red Sky Ranch. MMH helped solve design problems and value engineered the project. MMH was a delight to work with being very professional and quick to respond to any questions or problems. During excavation we had to remove 500 tons of boulders from the site. MMH found a buyer for the boulders to help reduce the expense. MMH was on time and on budget. We would highly recommend them as a first class hands on builder in the Vail Valley. MMH will be building my next home.
