David Weis built our home on 10 acres in 2013-2014. Our home is roughly 7,000 square feet and very custom. He was very professional and attentive to detail. He stands by his work and the work of his contractors, and is very responsive to concerns.

My wife and I chose Meridian Construction to build our home in 2013 and we had a quality home building experience. David is highly professional and transparent throughout the entire process. He uses only the best materials and subcontractors with a focus on energy efficiency and maximizing potential in your plans. If we had it to do all over again, we would hire Meridian again with no hesitation. We have been in our home almost 2 years now and have no issues. Best builder in the Louisville area!

I hired Meridian Construction to build a new house.I interviewed six different builders and settled on Meridian after I saw a house that he had just finished. The attention to detail and the concern for low energy use were two major points. He had a good attitude and was willing to stay within our budget. He used his phone to stay in touch with me throughout the building process as I traveled around the country on business. He always got right back to me when I had any questions. He stayed on top of the building process, making sure that the workers were on the job and completing their task....on schedule .We had a deadline and he made that deadline. In the end we did a complete walk through and he touched up a couple of spots and we were in right on time. I would use Meridian construction again. I have lived here almost five years. We love our house.
