This builder is absolutely terrible. He passes through additional charges that were suppose to be part of his contract, the quality of his work is horrible (we have a list of 65 items that had to be corrected by other contractors due to violations of building code and/or poor workmanship), and he refused to take accountability for his mistakes. Don't use him!
