About a year ago, my son and I decided to renovate our very out dated and worn down farm house. We chose Metz Custom Homes to oversee this project. We couldn't have been happier ! Marty and Michele Metz were easly accessable and they had very creative ideas that tremendously improved to overall appearance of the house. They were punctual, respectful and responded very quickly to our emails and / or phone calls. They were quite professional and knowledgeable about permits and regulations which took a great deal of worry off of us. Their sub contractors were carefully chosen and performed well. I wholeheartedly recommend Metz Custom Homes to any one who is looking to renovate or build from the ground up.

Marty’s vision, attention to detail, and his ability to turn our dreams into reality, made our first floor remodel better than we ever thought possible. Marty turned our 1980’s ranch into an open concept layout, and he exceeded our expectations in so many ways! The subcontractors and suppliers he partnered with are true professionals as well. We are so happy with our "new" home. The quality of Marty's work is exceptional, and he kept us informed the entire project. There were no surprises, which we appreciated very much!

Five-Star Recommendation! Metz Custom Homes came highly recommended and didn’t disappoint! Known for quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, he remodeled our entire first and second floor. We expanded our kitchen 10X22’, which left some of the roof covered with tarps. At 7:00 a.m., a severe rain storm hit and at 7:20 a.m., here’s Martin on a ladder making sure we had now leaks! I was hooked! He was willing to meet us with other vendors like cabinet makers, flooring subs, painters, etc to see that each detail supported the overall design plan. We were so pleased with his work, I invited him to GC my office building buildout. Again, can’t say enough about the final products!
