We first came to know Matt, from MHB Custom Homes, in 2022 when we helped with my sister’s move from California to Texas. MHB Custom Homes built their beautiful new house in Weatherford. We spent a week at their new home, and we were able to see firsthand the quality work that MHB Custom Homes delivers. My sister and brother-in-law had high praise for working with Matt and so when we decided to move to Weatherford, we also used MHB to build our new house. Construction of our home began in September 2023 and it was completed in May 2024. Communication was key especially since we were in California but our house was being built in Texas. Matt kept in constant contact with us about the house build, what stage the build was at and what items would need to be chosen at different steps along the way. It was great when we finally saw our completed beautiful home in person. Overall, it was a great experience having our house built from the ground up, having major input on the house design and having MHB Custom Homes as our builder. We would definitely recommend MHB Custom Homes for your future project.

We couldn't be happier with our guest bathroom remodel. Having used a few different contractors for different jobs, there was always something lacking, such as communication or quality of work. Matt was very responsive to our needs while figuring out the design we had in mind. He was very up front & honest about costs & set realistic expectations. The end result is nothing short of amazing & we look forward to using him and his team for our master bathroom remodel in the future.

Matt's construction of our new home back in 2021 under his company MHB Custom Homes has been a great experience. He took care of all the items needing attention at the end of the construction phases and continued to help with answering questions and visiting our home for a couple of follow-ups. He recently came by to help me with questions about adding a water softener by helping me find the incoming water line in the attic. Matt is so personable and helpful and I highly recommend using him to build your next home!

Matt is an amazing builder and really listens to his clients. While he did not build my home I enlisted him in building a patio addition to my backyard. He said it would take a few weeks and it turned into only 5 days. He enlisted the designer of my home and together they made the addition look as if it had always been here. I will forever love my patio and the thoroughness that Matt gave it. Will recommend him to anyone that is wanting to build and new home or to possibly add in to their existing.

Our family had a great experience working with Matt on our home. He genuinely cares about working with the buyers throughout the process and delivering the best quality home. He remains in touch long after moving in, whereas many builders want to sell you a home and move on to the next one. We are very happy with our house and would recommend MHB to anyone.

Matt at MHB built our custom home in 2022. We knew after meeting Matt for the first time he would be our builder. Matt is easy to work with, trustworthy and genuinely works to bring your dream to life as he did with our home. All projects have their ups and downs and Matt never wavered and kept our project moving as we worked through pandemic shortage issues at the time even doing some things out of the normal order to keep us on track. We would recommend Matt and MHB 100% without hesitation and as a matter of fact we did as he is currently working on my wife's sisters home currently due to be completed by this summer of 2024.
