C3 Studio, LLC
Green Building Companies in Middlesboro
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsJuly 23, 2016
“We are extremely pleased with our association with C3 and Josh Pettler in the Asheville office. Josh designed our custom retirement home. His attention to detail and willingness to listen to our dream made the design process a real joy. His professional knowledge is outstanding and his remarkable creativity led to the design of exactly what we had dreamed of for years. Due to my wife's blindness we had very difficult parameters included open floor plan and as much natural light as possible. We built from 450 miles away and relied on Josh to oversee the build. He was a real asset. Additionally we built in a green community and Josh's knowledge concerning energy efficiency and environmentally friendly design were a real plus. I would recommend C3 and Josh to anyone seeking architectural expertise.”
Mullikin + Stevens, LLC
Green Building Companies in Middlesboro
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsJanuary 7, 2015
“Mullikin + Stevens were the architects for a new house we built in Louisiana. They listened to us, identified a number of options for building on our site and assisted in interviewing builders. Early on they suggested we buy an adjacent lot to connect to a paved street and shorten the length of utility runs rather than use the gravel road that accessed the back of the property. A recommendation that saved us money and made access much more pleasurable. We met weekly to review progress and they worked closely with the builder. They also suggested color choices, materials, hardware and their sources. The result was a modern, light-filled, energy efficient house that we love.”
