“Mullikin + Stevens were the architects for a new house we built in Louisiana. They listened to us, identified a number of options for building on our site and assisted in interviewing builders. Early on they suggested we buy an adjacent lot to connect to a paved street and shorten the length of utility runs rather than use the gravel road that accessed the back of the property. A recommendation that saved us money and made access much more pleasurable. We met weekly to review progress and they worked closely with the builder.
