“Trego Architechts, LLC were phenomenal as they guided us through the structural, design, and aesthetic transformation throughout the design, demolition, & expansion of the 50-year old 1,700 sq ft ranch home we purchased into the current 2,800 sq ft new home we have today. Their professionalism, extensive knowledge, attention to detail, and responsiveness was evident throughout the planning and design of our new home. They excelled at listening to our "wants and needs", and coupled with their superb suggestions, provided us with an exemplary new home which exceeded all our expectations! We were extremely confident Trego Architechts would deliver our dream home again as we are repeat customers of theirs, as they designed our previous 4,500 sq ft new home construction we did 15 years ago ! ! We therefore unequivocally recommend Trego Architects for your next home design ! ! !”

“We have worked with Refined Renovations for two remodeling projects. Most recently we had them remodel a dated bathroom with a shower-over-tub configuration to a low threshold walk-in shower. It involved gutting the bathroom, removing a partial wall and rerouting some plumbing to change a wall mount toilet to a floor mount toilet. They installed a custom vanity, all new plumbing, electrical fixtures and glass shower doors, tiled the floor, tiled the shower surround, and installed in-floor heating. We loved the design concepts they came up with. Their design ideas were well thought out and presented. The bathroom decor flows perfectly with the rest of our house. Refined Renovations is a fantastic company to work with. All the workers who came in our home were professional and reliable. We were kept informed about the schedule as adjustments were made. If any issues arose, Refined Renovations would address it immediately and trouble shoot to get the issue taken care of with minimum delay. During the project Refined Renovations kept the mess contained to the work area; the rest of the house stayed clean. We love the finished bathroom. It is a beautiful space for our guests and family to use. Working with Refined Renovations made the whole process easy. It was great to work with a company we could trust and feel comfortable with in our home. We would consult them again for any future renovations in our home.”

“This was our first opportunity to collaborate with Deep River Partners and it was a true pleasure to work with such a great team of professionals. Richard Sherer and Chris Chambliss provided very detailed plans covering all aspects of the project. Their attention to detail made it easy for us to successfully build their client's vision. A skilled communicator, Chris was very quick to respond to any questions and was a respectful listener, open to our ideas and suggestions. This particular project was a remodel in a home designed by Russell Barr Williamson, a contemporary of Frank Lloyd Wright. Richard and Chris created a modern design that epitomized the original architect's aesthetic and surpassed the client's expectations. We are currently working on a new project with Deep River Partners and once again, feel privileged to work with a team with the same dedication, professionalism and artistry as Timber Innovations.
