MK Custom Homes LLC

We purchased a home built by MK Custom Homes in June 2021. The home was completed in December 2020. Although we were not the first owner, MK will not stand by even a 1 year warranty on their work. We have called them numerous times to repair a construction defect in the wall where there is a very large crack that was obviously not the result of settling. They refused to come out to look at it or fix it. Additionally, there were large gouges in the oven shelf. We have called and emailed several times to get the invoice on the oven so we could order the replacement part. They will not return our calls or reply to our emails. There was also a damaged section of the fence. They will not even answer our question as to where we can get a replacement section. This complaint is not a matter of money - but of integrity and pride of workmanship.

I cannot say enough about MK Custom Homes. Their attention to detail, professionalism and willingness to work with my clients to make interior changes that fit their needs was incredible. It's very difficult in our real estate market to find high end builders who genuinely strive to delight their customers. Keri and Matt understand current design trends but are also extremely creative and excellent problem solvers. They are just really good people and truely talented professionals! I can't recommend them enough.

Where to begin! Not only did MK build an incredible home for us, but they have always gone above and beyond to help us. After we moved in, our washing machine broke and leaked everywhere. I contacted them and they were fantastic! They helped us with every detail, putting the laundry back together. Their quality of home and commitment to their customers, even after the sale of the home, is phenomenal. We have already recommended MK Homes to all of our family and friends looking to build or buy one of their homes!

The Parade Home was one of the best I have seen. I visited several parade homes for much more money and still liked MK Homes the best. They are very innovative with their design and taste. Always something interesting with an MK home. They never disappoint!!!
