Moazami Homes

We moved into a Moazami home a year ago and it's been transformational for our family. The word that keeps arising is quality. The inspector said it was probably the best-built home he'd inspected in two decades on the job. Any time friends of family come by, they marvel at the attention to detail in every aspect of the house. The quality of the team also stands out as they have been helpful no matter how weird the things we ask for. If/when we move again, I have no doubt our first call will be to Moazami.

We have purchased two Moazami homes and I cannot speak highly enough of Amir, Zach, and the hwole Moazami team. Our first home was a spec home and we fell in love with the craftsmanship of the work as well as the integrity of the team. The house was finished on time and with excellence. When we were looking to build a custom home, we reached out to Moazami again. The team was absolutely incredible. We were able to work intimately with Amir and his architects to design the exact layout we wanted. He project manager, Zach, was on top of all of the details and was in constant communication with us. The construction was impeccable, and then attention to detail unparalleled. When issues arose (which they always do), the team was quick to address. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience.

We bought a spec home from Amir. We looked at other houses in the Zilker area but kept coming back to his houses. We could even tell other homes in the area that he had built because of the quality and craftsmanship. I would not hesitate to use Moazami Homes for a custom build. Amir is easy to work with and responsive to questions and issues. Attention to detail is high priority to him.

I can’t say enough nice things about Amir, Zach and the entire Moazami Team. Friends of ours referred us to Amir, as one of the best builders in Austin. I am glad they did. Our house was built at the height of Covid and Amir promised the house would be done on time, and it was. The craftsmanship and design are all top notch. They are onsite daily to make sure everything is being done correctly and are always accessible and available when you have questions or change orders. Amir is very up front about the costs and they’re not any surprises. We are very happy with our home and if we are to build again would without question use Amir.

We also greatly valued Amir’s experience and advice on the various decision points throughout the process – building a new home in 2021 in Austin should not have been this easy. We loved our first Moazami home so much, that we worked with Amir and team to build a second one. Of all their great qualities as builders, one thing that stands out is that the team at Moazami Homes is their integrity. Through many steps in the process, they readjusted plans to "do right" by us as the client when a lesser builder could have easily looked the other way. They just don't cut corners on anything. There's also something to be said for the trades Moazami Homes has surrounded itself with - from paint, plumbing, masonry, flooring, trim, and design, everything is top class. We bought our home 3.5 years ago from Moazami Homes and it was one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. Moazami really took everything into account when building the house to maximize the space and views. There are so many small details inside and out that really make it unique and special. We knew right away that it was a quality home, but recent weather has also showed us just how well built it is. Even more incredible, Amir has been so responsive over the years to any questions we have had, picking up the phone anytime we call. Amir and his team built my house several years ago, but after living through the last week without power due to a winter storm I realized how great this house is. No issues of any kind - even with neighbors dealing with water pipes burst and tanks leaking - I had nothing go wrong. Plus, the insulation kept us pretty toasty despite frigid temps outside. Even without this storm, the house has held up really well over time. It's beautifully designed and very functionable for a busy family. Very little maintenance since it was built. Super happy with it!

What a wonderful and stress free experience working with Amir and team! We purchased the home before the slab was ever poured. Amir took the set of plans and worked through changes with us to help provide our dream home. He was very honest and upfront on cost throughout the building process.
