Bought a house build by Marlon.. Marlon builds high quality homes and has impeccable taste. I definitely recommend him for anyone interested in modern/contemporary home..

Modern Custom Homes built our home when we were relocating to Dallas, TX in 2013. Needless to say, it was a hard decision buying a new build but Marlon, who is the owner and builder, made us feel secure and confident about the decision considering his knowledge and understanding of the space. The house was completed on time and he was very open to ideas we had about the floor plan, to the point that he took time away from his core projects to work with us to make it easier to build a pool in the backyard. He knows what he is doing, he is persistent and hard working to ensure the house was completed on time. Ultimately, when we moved in Marlon's dedication and attention really came through. When we were in the house and something needed to be fixed he was always there to come and check things out, answered our phone calls and made sure everything was fixed to our needs. Even now, if there ever is a problem, we call Marlon because he always knows what do and will help us in any way he can.

Our house is new construction. Marlon builds a more distinctive house than his competitors. Our house stands out in our neighborhood as being original, while being tasteful. That's a difficult task in a neighborhood with an architectural committee. Everyone who walks in our house for the first time stands in the entry and looks around. It's open, the house has a capital I footprint and all glass both stories. It's a great feeling house. We have had very few problems with the house. Marlon has been there to take care of them. We have no interest in selling the house but have a list of people who have asked us to call them if we ever do.

I would strongly recommend Modern Custom Homes; my home is everything I wanted it to be. Modern with simple lines, great taste, fairly priced and in a great walking neighborhood.

As a real estate agent, I work with builders and remodelers quite a bit. Modern Custom Homes continues to excel by consistently putting out a wonderful product with well thought out design and details. I have yet to come across one of their products that isn't stunning. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MCH to a client!
