Monk Renovations & Painting

Had Michael from Monk Renovations provide a quote for a set of stairs down from a 6ft deck. They quoted $7,000 for a job that other contractors were quoting for $1,700. Make sure to price check these guys because I was very unhappy when I saw that their competitors would do the work for so much less $$$.

Monk's were called to give a quote on a kitchen renovation which included, removing all existing cabinets, a wall, flooring and whatever needed to be done to get walls painted, flooring installed, and ready for the new cupboards. They handled making arrangements for an electrician and a plumber. Very professional and attentive to all my questions and requests. Arrived on time and worked hard through out the day. Quality workmanship. Staff very polite, courteous and helpful Phone calls and emails were replied to ASAP

Painting, foundation resurface, hardwood floor repair... Very respectful team, on time, honest. They did exactly what they were suppose to do at the time they said they would do it, for the price we agreed on. No hassle, knowledgeable, great advice.
