I cannot speak highly enough of Monteleone Homes. From start to finish the process was smooth, painless, exciting, and fun. Anthony met with us several times before we even began looking for a lot or even really decided we wanted to build a new home. He was patient with us, listened to our every want, need, and concern, and the end result was more than we could have ever hoped for. We had concerns going into the project about going over budget, running into unforseen issues, among several other things that we had heard about from others that had built or renovated homes. Not only did Anthony stick to our initial budget, but we got much more out of our project then we even thought possible. He was always available at any time of day and any day of the week to answer questions, give his opinion, go over new plans, or whatever else we wanted to discuss. In addition to sticking to the budget, he also stuck to his time commitment and we were in our new home less than year from when we closed on the house we tore down. The fact that this home was built in the midst of a pandemic without a single hiccup should also be noted! If you are looking to build a new home, Monteleone Homes is simply the best there is out there!

Monteleone Homes (Anthony Monteleone) was recommended to me by a friend (realtor) who has seen and sold Anthony's homes as buyer's agent. The two most important things for me was budget and time to build and Anthony delivered on both fronts coming in on budget and in the time frame he promised. Also, we hired a local designer to help with the build design and Anthony worked very well with her (and with budget in mind). We highly recommend Monteleone Homes! My wife & I first met Anthony in 2018 while we were visiting one of his newly constructed homes in Park Ridge that was listed for sale. While we had not contemplated building a new home, Anthony's craftsmanship was impressive and so we decided to meet him to learn about the process. Anthony welcomed us into his own home (that he was building for his family at the time) and walked us through the entire process in a friendly, transparent and non-assuming manner. We immediately clicked with Anthony and felt like he was a builder we can trust. While we initially remained keen on buying an existing home, Anthony kept in touch with us and apprised of potential tear-downs in the area. He advised us of the market and the key characteristics to look for in a lot. After not finding an existing home that we liked, we decided it was time to call Anthony and get serious about the decision to build! Within a few weeks, Anthony notified us of an ideal tear-down in a prime location that had yet to be listed on the MLS. We purchased the home and selected Anthony as our builder. Since then, Anthony has remained congruent to our first impression: trustworthy & transparent. He exhibits a level of passion and authenticity that is hard to find! He provides a significant amount of inspiration to help inform decisions, remains cognizant of budgets, and works to over-deliver beyond expectations. Simply put, Anthony is exceptional at his craft!
