New & Custom Home Builders Near Monticello

“Murphy Bros did an amazing job remodeling a cramped and badly configured laundry room. McKenzie was easy to work with and always responsive. She developed several different floor plans and offered gorgeous decorating advice. Mark then executed the custom cabinets and floor plan with great care and skill. The result is a cheerful, charming, and most importantly, functional laundry room. Who knew I’d come to love doing laundry so much?”

“We did a two story home addition with Titus Contracting. They did an amazing job making sure everything was covered and thought of in detail. They gave us plenty of time to go through all the documents, review them, ask questions, adjust plans. Titus' designer Ksusha gave multiple ideas to our mudroom/laundry, bedroom/closet/bathroom addition, and their 3D visualization tool really helped us see the space beyond a drawing on paper. One part that really stood out were the carpenters. Dillon (project supervisor and lead carpenter) and Brian (project manager) really treated the project like their own home. They looked at what the designers wanted, and what looked best once the project was actually being built, then combined the two to make it look great. For example, we had a transition doorway from our addition to the existing living room that Dillon took the time to adjust a make it look amazing. Furthermore, when we saw an electric fireplace mount was off-center by about two inches, Brian had a carpenter adjust it the next day. Titus had the mindset the entire time that they wanted to work with us to make our addition right. Their subcontractors were always respectful and on time with their work. After our project was completed, we noticed a small air leak between the dryer vent and dryer letting cold winter air in. I contacted Titus, and they had the HVAC subcontractor out to fix it (no questions asked). Titus really wanted to exceed our expectations, and their team is setup to make it happen. I would absolutely go with Titus Contracting for any home addition or remodel project in the future!”

“I feel very blessed to have had the opportunity to work with Werschay Homes on my home renovation. Their team operates with the utmost integrity and their creative insight made communicating my vision easy. As a single working mom, this was a scary project to take on for three main reasons: 1. I had never done a large renovation. I had heard horror stories about builders taking advantage of homeowners by over charging and taking short cuts so I was very nervous going in to it. Their team was completely transparent and thoughtful about pricing even when I decided to increase the size of the project by about 35%. 2. I didn't know when I would find time to make all of the necessary selections. Mollie Werschay followed my Houzz and Pinterest boards and sent me selection ideas via email. The only thing I needed to pick out in person was the flooring. She saved me hours upon hours of time. She was an absolute life saver. 3. The Construction Mess I never experienced the war-zone of mess that my friends and colleagues had warned me about. Brad and his team were clean, organized, and extremely thoughtful about this. I am very grateful for that. I have to give 5 stars to the painter, Randy Graham, and to Randy from Oak Hill Custom Cabinets too. My cabinets and the mill-work are simply beautiful. Thank you Dave, Mollie, Jim, Brad, and everyone else at Werschay Homes. My home looks even better than I had envisioned. *****I will be hiring Werschay Homes again this winter to finish the upstairs. ***** #WerschayHomes”
