The architects all wanted to erase all of our planning and start from scratch, but we had put years of planning into what we wanted with our renovation. Steve took our design concept and converted it into construction plans for our renovation. He didn't try to reinvent the wheel but provided valuable input throughout the process. His ideas were key to refining the design to something that we are very happy with. Steve was able to complete our plans before we would have even been able to get an appointment to meet with one of several local architects, and for a fraction of the cost.
