The mission of the Morgan Group is to craft custom homes that are inspired by their client’s dreams and to build a lasting relationship with the community. Owner, Dave Morgan, was born and raised in Michigan in an environment where integrity, education and hard work were highly valued. The desire to move to Southern California started at a young age, driven by a love of sunny, blue skies. At nineteen, Dave lived the dream by moving to San Diego and beginning his building career with an apprenticeship with an award-winning custom home builder. Years of hard work on the job site helped ensure a hands-on understanding and mastery of the building process. The drive to learn and improve from working with clients, fellow-tradespersons and valued suppliers is a key factor in explaining the high quality of homes built by the Morgan Group. Relationships are paramount at the Morgan Group. This begins with trust and integrity to always do what is best for the client. The long term relationships that are created with a client and sub-contractors are crucial to project’s success. The high standards of craftsmanship are maintained by the years of collaboration between the Morgan Group and its sub-contractors. The personal and professional connection with the client ensures that communication and trust are maintained during the entire building process.
