Spokane Area Quality Home Building Firm
For about 20 Years, Morse Western Homes have been building new homes in the Spokane area. Builder/Owner Phil Folyer says that for him, “ Homebuilding is more than a career; it’s an opportunity to meet great people that put their trust and faith in our ability to provide them with a home they will love for a lifetime. At Morse Western Homes, we have Core Building Standards. It’s not a list of standard features, but rather quality, reliability, and Customer Service commitments on which we won’t compromise. It’s taking the time to do it right, just like it was our own home. Our Core Buildings Standards define our integrity. It begins with educating buyers. We understand working within a budget requires give and take. We’ll help you navigate those decisions without compromising your home’s integrity, or ours. We feel it is best to leave it to the buyer to decide what is standard in their home. Each and every one of our homes include a certain set of features we feel add to the value and longevity of the home, but after that it is completely your choice as to what options you include in your home. We do not emphasize standard features because no two homes are ever the same, but all our homes are built with the same Core Building Standards we are proud to say is a Morse Western Homes Tradition. Extensive review of the plans and a thorough pre-construction meeting helps ensure that everything is right and all questions are answered. Every Morse Western Home comes with a one year home-owners warranty; showing we stand behind the homes we build. Morse Western Homes is committed to building your home exactly as you planned and envisioned it.

Morse Western is Irresponsible. They buy Homes and Properties and cut down all the Trees. Currently, they are doing this at the Manito Golf and Country Club. This is inexcusable, they are devaluing South Hill and will make our beautiful neighborhoods look like Pasco Tract Home Ville in 20 years. Please avoid using this Company. Developers should understand in this day and age Mature Trees are worth more money in the long run. I hope Morse Western makes the responsible choice to replace these Trees with NW Evergreens, especially Ponderosa Pines.
Comment from Morse Western Homes LLC:
Hi Madeline, I understand your view point regarding tree removal and would like to reassure you that many evergreen type trees will be planted back during the landscaping phase of construction. Morse Western Homes has been and always will be extremely aware of the impacts new construction has on any neighborhood we build in. We put emphasis on building energy efficient homes and landscape designs that enhance the community. Your statement that Morse Western Homes buys homes and cut down all trees, is incorrect. The land & home your referring to was never owned by Morse Western Homes. Morse Western Homes has been building quality homes in Spokane for 30 years. We have built an excellent reputation over the years and would like to share with you some of our success stories. I would ask that you reach me by phone to discuss further if you'd like. I would truly appreciate it if you would re-consider your review. Thank you for your consideration. Phil Folyer, owner of Morse Western Homes
Morse Western built out home in Eagle Ridge, down to the last detail, everything has been of the highest quality, delivered on time, on budget and very professionally. The few post possession concerns were addressed promptly and to my full satisfaction. I do not hesitate to recommend Phil Folyer and Morse Western, we would buy another home from him without hesitation.
We hired Phil Folyer (Morse Western Homes) in the summer of 2010 to build us our home in Eagle Ridge. Not only is Phil easy to deal with, but he has very high quality subcontractors and workers. We found Phil to be very hard working and a hands-on type of builder, which is rare in this day and age. During the building process, I found Phil to be very accommodating, very considerate of our needs and wants, and always accessible to us. The entire building experience was a most positive one! My husband and I not only consider Phil a great builder, but a personal friend.
Purchased a home
Phil Foyler , the owner of Morse Western Homes is beyond amazing! He cares about the people who purchase his homes and wants them to be completely satisfied. He makes sure everything gets taken care of promptly and follows up. The quality and finishes of his homes are outstanding and it is the most beautiful and comfortable home we have ever lived in. We could never live in another home unless it was built by Phil as we are so spoiled now having owned one of his fabulous custom homes!
I have known Phil Folyer for over 3 years as a custom home builder in the Eagle Ridge community in Spokane. I work for the developer and have an office on site in the community so I interact often with homeowners and usually hear of any concerns they have about their new home after the sale. I have to say that the people who have purchased Morse Western homes go out of their way to praise the quality of their homes and their experience working with Phil. We were so impressed with his work that we moved into one of his homes and currently use it as our office. I have high praise for his homes and tremendous respect for the personal attention he gives to each and every one of his clients.
Our experience with Phil Folyer, Morse Western Homes,,,could not have been a more pleasant venture. This was our first time building a new home & Phil guided us through each step with so much professionalism. All of his subcontractors were top notch. Phil was immediate in answering any of our concerns....He represents the building industry very well....
