Kettle River Timberworks Ltd.

We are a high end timber frame company. We were hired to install complicated timber and steel on a net zero house that Naikoon was building. I highly recommend these guys for any complicated, high end project. They were great to collaborate with and had a real attention to detail and teamwork.

Pat Hearn, the site superintendent for this house, not only worked tirelessly to create an exceptionally well crafted piece of architecture, but his relationship with both the owner and with our office was effortless. We hired Naikoon in 2015 to build our home. Joe and his entire team were professional, responsive and excellent to work with. Clearly, they have a developed a great project management process and were able to deliver our custom home on schedule and on budget. We had a few issues after we moved in, but again, Naikoon was prompt to address and perform the repairs. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a custom home builder!

From the first conversations to years after our build, Naikoon has been incredible. Their team was always transparent about costs and were flexible to changes in design. We really enjoyed working with Naikoon Contracting. They’re professional and will use their expertise to build your dream home with eco-friendly products. One of the projects we collaborated on was the Midori Uchi, it was recognized as one of the greenest home in Canada. They specified using our high quality, modernly designed products including our pendants, wall mounts, and track system. They have an amazing team and are detail-oriented when it comes to selecting the perfect lighting.
